Had vehicle looked at for radio not working. Charged $151 just to tell me it needs replaced seemed excessive. To make things worse, battery was drained during the service and would not start when I pic $151 just to tell me it needs replaced seemed excessive. To make things worse, battery was drained during the service and would not start when I picked up vehicle. Got a jump start and left. Following morning the battery was dead again. Got it jumped and went back to dealer. Service manager with fancy shows explained that the battery was 6 years old and wasn’t there problem. Not much to be said that is positive after getting fleeced for a non fix, then having to replace a battery after it was drained by dealer. I was told my replacement radio would come in in one to four weeks. Quite a gap. This radio controls everything inside the vehicle and it could take four weeks for parts? This is not a service department. It’s a “you will get it whenever we xxxx well please, charge you an arm and leg, and not back anything after they break your vehicle worse than when you dropped it off. Terrible experience so far. Stear clear of these guys! These people are liars, unscrupulous and just dishonorable. If I could give zero stars, I would. My fault for not checking reviews prior to purchasing from them. We lost a total of around $60,000 by dealing with them. Service department is a joke. Never heard of someone putting 15 weights on tires to balance to start with. Company as a whole does not stand behind their sales. Once the sale is done, the friendly act drops. Don't trust their thorough inspection of vehicles prior to purchasing a used vehicle. They don't. They will provide a Carfax. Be warned that the Carfax does not include anything that was not reported to them. Always have the manufacturer warranty report done. Our Carfax showed a clean car but the manufacturer warranty report had three pages of major repairs indicating it was in a major accident. More
