Had vehicle looked at for radio not working. Charged $151 just to tell me it needs replaced seemed excessive. To make things worse, battery was drained during the service and would not start when I pic $151 just to tell me it needs replaced seemed excessive. To make things worse, battery was drained during the service and would not start when I picked up vehicle. Got a jump start and left. Following morning the battery was dead again. Got it jumped and went back to dealer. Service manager with fancy shows explained that the battery was 6 years old and wasn’t there problem. Not much to be said that is positive after getting fleeced for a non fix, then having to replace a battery after it was drained by dealer. I was told my replacement radio would come in in one to four weeks. Quite a gap. This radio controls everything inside the vehicle and it could take four weeks for parts? This is not a service department. It’s a “you will get it whenever we xxxx well please, charge you an arm and leg, and not back anything after they break your vehicle worse than when you dropped it off. Terrible experience so far.
