My appointment was at 10am. I will never buy a Dodge vehicle again only because Elkhart service terrible n now you are too! You lost me 3 new Dodge vehicles! I had difficulty unzipping the back window of my Jeep because the teeth were bent. (We recently bought it used out of town and this was our first attempt to unzip.). I called on a Monday and they got me because the teeth were bent. (We recently bought it used out of town and this was our first attempt to unzip.). I called on a Monday and they got me in same day. They were successful in unzipping the window and didn’t charge me. Now THAT is customer service!! Will definitely return when we need other services. More

Bill $3,200 problem never fixed. Had popping noise. Diagnoses - 2 days. Replaced front differential, tie rods and ball joints did alignment (steering wheel now cocked). Week in shop.. I came back to this place hoping to have a better service than a couple times before. Just to find out the the service was about the same if not worst, I git my car diagnosed high $$ one happened not to hav than a couple times before. Just to find out the the service was about the same if not worst, I git my car diagnosed high $$ one happened not to have the part ask me to call back next week n when I did called back I was on hold for near 30 minutes then he told me xxxx call me back to let me know about the part n time drop it off to get it put on my car it’s been that long n still not heard from the service department or that guy. It’s unfortunate that the customer service is bad so I need to find another place. More
