Again, never shown the vehicle we were inquiring about. They will NEVER get a 3rd chance to waste my time. They didn’t tighten my drain plug for my oil so it leaked on my $12K driveway. I had to go back to the dealer to get it fixed and then go home and clean my driveway which was just replaced in August. on my $12K driveway.
