There willing to work with extended warranty company’s which is nice. I figured my estimate for repairs could of been put together more neatly. They had the car for 4 full days. 2 of 4 problems where not fixed. Dash screws not reinstalled (rattled). Had to return. I had my truck towed to Michiana Jeep because it wouldn’t start. The Service Writer was able to work me in and clearly explained timing, diagnostic fees, etc. It turned out that I had a bad TIPM. After I exp start. The Service Writer was able to work me in and clearly explained timing, diagnostic fees, etc. It turned out that I had a bad TIPM. After I explained that I might have had that replaced a while ago, she stayed late to track down my truck’s history and made calls to the previous dealership that had replaced the TIPM. The Service Manager then took over managing the repair and went over all my options. (It turned out that the TIPM wasn’t covered under warranty because my truck was built in Canada and RAM didn’t honor the warranty). Regardless, Lisa and Justin did what they could and were very courteous and professional. I also appreciate the work was completed as promised and on time. More

Quote for service, but little to no Covid safety measurements in place. No masks were worn by any of the five representatives in the service building or the shuttle driver who drove me home. well s measurements in place. No masks were worn by any of the five representatives in the service building or the shuttle driver who drove me home. well seats were pushed back from service desk and pieces of plexiglass were hanging from the ceiling, it did nothing to protect you when employees are walking around you the entire time with no masks on. I was wearing a mask the entire time, as were all other customers who were in the building at the same time as I was. I was particularly surprised when my shuttle driver did not wear a mask or even offered to put one on, when I was very obviously wearing one. disappointing, but not surprising that this dealership doesn’t care about their customers. No service was done to my vehicle, as I only left it for a quote which ended up not being covered under my warranty. Regardless, after this experience, I would not have let them service my vehicle.
