No Problem with a smile! I feel great! I called for service last minute and needed to be seen immediately. My reply was "no problem". I was offered coffee, popcorn, and then asked, do you have WiFi? Sure, no problem. My car was serviced in a snap! I was too comfortable to leave, I was told, no problem, this happens often! So I stayed a bit to finish some personal stuff! Price was less than I expected. Craig actually serviced my car; he was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. More

Every Visit they take good care of me - even unscheduled I have been using Michaud Mitsubishi for years. And I have to say that I cannot find any complaints. Ridiculous service Brought my car in for over heating issue.....told me I just needed to flush my car and it was "all good"....2 weeks later the car having the same iss Brought my car in for over heating issue.....told me I just needed to flush my car and it was "all good"....2 weeks later the car having the same issue again.....then they go on to say I have to wait to bring it back in and I have to pay again. The problem was never fixed...and they dare ask me for more money on a problem they never fixed the 1st time. I'm a Dailey driver with a baby in the car. The car they were working on is a 2001 eclipse...there own car brand. I feel robbed and not taken care of properly. Now I'm stuck with an overheating car and cant go about my business. More
