I went to Michaud after a botched sale at carmax that I actually lost money on (willingly, to avoid a potential lemon). I called Michaud at 7pm on a Thursday (out of desperation) because they had a huge inventory of what I was looking for, an despite poor to fair credit, after I had already had a credit pull with carmax, I drove away the next afternoon in exactly what I needed and then some at a fair price! Zack was not pushy at all and was conservative with his estimates of my financials prior to the "hard pull" on my credit, which I really appreciated. He gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision and I'm completely happy in the end. would recommend to others. More
