As with any dealership there will be negotiations and they have always been reasonable in these. I've had many painful experiences with dealerships in my 38 years of driving (I'm 54 for those bad at math) but none as pain free as Michaud. The owner is always visible, available, friendly and professional. The salesman who helped during my recent (1/29/2016) purchase was Jim Murphy and he was great - helpful, knowledgeable, professional, courteous. I highly recommend this dealership. More
