Truly the best of my life. I was driving an old Kia that wasn't going to make it much longer. The worst part is my credit was horrible and I filed bankruptcy 8 months ago. Just browsing at cars online one night, Laura immediately reached out to me. I told her I owed $8k on the Kia still but it wasn't worth half of that and I had just had the bankruptcy. She immediately got me in contact w/ Sean OConnor who encouraged me to keep the hope and come in with he Kia. He explained many different scenarios and options and was overly confident he could help. He explained that his profession is to help people like me and worked with the best team in the businesses. I was skeptical but b/c of his confidence and hard work I am now driving a 17 Mitsubishi and found out my thru Jared in finance I didn't owe $at all on the Kia. Sean's team truly are the best at what they do. If it wasn't for Sean guiding me through the process, I would still be making payments on a crappy car I didn't owe money on and not a new G4. Brian was so friendly and professional-never pushy or seemed to be in a rush. I got all the information I needed about the vehicle I was looking at upfront, including Carfax and maintenance records. He asked what I was comfortable spending and made it happen, I didn't go one penny over my budget, and never felt pressured to. This is my first time financing a vehicle, and Brian and Jared couldn't have made it any easier. I'm very happy with my new (used) car and am so glad I came here!
