My first dealership purchase (2015 Mitsubishi Mirage) I went to Michaud because I didn't want to spend my hard earned money at one of the mega dealerships. So I headed in on a Sunday expecting the worst I went to Michaud because I didn't want to spend my hard earned money at one of the mega dealerships. So I headed in on a Sunday expecting the worst. I was in the wrecker industry for years and just dealing with many dealers...... Well... We all know how that usually goes. Louis F greeted me as I walked in. We sat down and spent a few minutes getting to know each other. Before I was shown cars, we discussed what I was looking for and to spend, as this was going to be my first car purchased from a dealer on finance. He made me feel at ease, as he wasn't pushy, demanding, or demeaning as I am Just a simple working man. He came back with 3 prices for 3 vehicles. 2 used , one new. That surprised me as I didn't know what I could get into with a new job change, average credit , and being a first time buyer. Well the new one was slightly more then I wanted to pay.... The 2nd one was a certified pre owned with 33k miles. The 3rd one was used with 66k. Well.. He showed me all 3. I took the 2nd car and looked it over while he went and got me a plate to test drive. Test drive went well... So well I stopped at bank and grabbed bank certified check for deposit, and called my insurance company to inquire about how much more this car would be to insure... Get this.. $10 more a month than I was paying on my 04 Ford Crown Vic lol. Same full coverage, 10 year newer car. So...... I returned to dealership. We agreed to a price. We also agreed to 4 new tires as yes the tire would pass inspection, however I wanted new tires on my first dealership purchase. He went and inquired, and the dealership agreed to 4 new tires. We did the paperwork and get this.... My payment went down $35 a month from their quote . Something about finance companies...... Whatever they got me a better rate and terms from what they originally estimated. Loved it! Louis handled all the paperwork. Did I mention how professional he is? He handled everything for me as I work 6 days a week 12 hrs a day. They took care of registration for me. Called me when it arrived. Complimentary inspection sticker paid by them. I went in Saturday to get the tires put on as agreed. They put 4 brand new Dunlop Enasave tires on the car. They're the oem tires and are NOT cheap ( retail for 105 NOT including mount and balance ) I met the owner Kevin Michaud while I was there. He took time out of his day to introduce himself and spent 15 minutes with me answering my questions and asking a few himself. He even have me his card and expressed that if I had any issues or concerns to call him if need be. That made me feel for sure I made the right decision. The parts department rocks too! I ordered a few accessories for my new car Saturday. I couldn't get by before parts closes. They left my order with the cashier to pick up tonight. That is awesome for someone with my schedule. I swung in and picked them up. Yup. That's what we call good old fashioned service. In the 21 st century, they have that old school take care of the customer approach. The kind this old school buy from locals guy likes. The kind the new school millenials need to go experience. Oh, I purchased a certified pre owned 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage Es. Love it. Getting 40 mpg combined pre am rush hr commute and pm rush hour commute. I wasn't pushed to buy the new car. They gave me options and allowed me to make the choice. That right there is what it's all about. When they say they are your feel good delaership, THEY MEAN IT! Go by and see for yourself. My name is Mark Milliken, a real customer now for life. He took his time with me today because I had no idea that I was buying a car today. I was there for service on my 2011, I got an oil change and my tires rotated. while the car was in for service I started to browse. My car is an excellent car I bought it new in 2005, a Dodge Magnum, everyone knows me in this car. i will be flying under the wire now. Brian let me take a new Outlander for a ride to show my wife at home. She was surprised, but who is going to say no to a new car. The new Outlander will be hers I get the 2011. Everyone is Happy. Outlander GT 2016 I was looking for a comfortable yet affordable SUV. While googling, I came across Mitsubishi. I drove Lance some 20 years back. I was looking for Toyo I was looking for a comfortable yet affordable SUV. While googling, I came across Mitsubishi. I drove Lance some 20 years back. I was looking for Toyota/Honda makes but the Safety and comfort features for Mitsubishi SUV was very competitive and so was the price. Hesitant - but I called Michuad of Denver. Call was attended by Rick and he introduced me to Brian. Brian listened to all my requirements and recommended a test drive for GT V6 3.0 seven seater SUV on coming Saturday. Before test drive, Brian walked me thru the Outlander. Introduced me with all new features with the SUV. Answered all my questions, cleared all my concerns. ( This was awesome and made me feel like talking to a friend - not a car dealer !!). Then - I test drove it. The SUV met all my requirements. Brian took me to another test drive the same day to experience driving up hill in Front wheel mode. Outlander has powerful V6 engine. Loaded with many useful and required features. I was considering to buy it but was wondering about the discount on the listed price. There cam another surprise from Brian. Like a friend, he offered me ONE price that I could not bargained any further !! Buying an Outlander from Michuad was the most pleasent and smooth experience in my 35 years of car driving years. It was a comeback to Mitsubishi after 20 years for me. Michaud has another loyal customer too !!! Credit goes to Brian for being such a good listener and helping me with my vehicle selection. More

I couldn't of had a better experience, he was knowledgeable, not pushy, funny, and overall made the experience fantastic. When i go into get the car serviced we always sit and have a laugh.
