They promise a fast, painless, sale, no pressure. It starts with the phone calls four times a day even though your clear. DON"T call me. When all is said and done. You feel like your being held hostage and you'll pay anything, for any car because you just want to leave!!! I went in there with a bad attitude. Told them straight up we weren't friends. I knew what I wanted. I didn't want extra. We got there at 1:00 pm and were ready to go at 3:30 with our new car!!!!! The only reason for 4 stars instead of five is because we wanted to wait for the remote starter to be put in. That took a couple hours, but they had a tv, and snacks and coffee. I will definitely go back! Joe was to the point. didn't once try and "sell" me on anything. His father was great too. If I had known it would be that easy, I would have gone sooner. More

Before going in I was already doing the math and expecting them to give me a hassle and I will end up walking out with a huge payment. THEY PROVED ME SO WRONG IN SO MANY WAYS! We walked in got greeted by Chris Eramo spoke with the Manager for a little bit who introduced himself and let us know Chris will be assisting us. The entire transaction went smoothly. Chris kept us updated on what was going on. When Chris wasn't there and was getting paperwork everyone on the floor still spoke with us and made us feel so welcome (unlike other dealership when the sales person isn't working with you they do not acknowledge you) We met Kevin Michaud who introduce himself. So friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate. We were surprise because we were use to owners either sitting in their office or doing something else. But NOT Kevin he test drove our trade in and was on the sales floor. Once we received a rough estimate of what we would pay (which are realistic numbers) we agreed and test drove the car. Got back and went into the finance office GOT A TOTALLY DIFFERENT NUMBER!!! Nope not bad news but more GREAT news our payment would be less than what was given to us! Thanks to their relationships with the banks!!! Before going I looked up reviews of the dealership and they were overwhelmingly positive, so I was happy to give it a shot. I'm glad I did, I had a very positive experience, from the initial phone call to see if the car was still available, through the entire buying process. I worked with Michael Simon in sales, who was incredibly helpful and just very pleasant. No high pressure sales, and was happy to answer any questions I had. I knew exactly what I wanted going into it so the buying process was quick. After driving the car and being satisfied that it was in good condition, it didn't take us long to come to a fair price. Because the price of the car had been dropped a number of times already, there wasn't much wiggle room for negotiation, but I did do my homework on what a fair price was and I was happy with what we were able to come to. Jared in finance was good to work with, getting me the best financing rate possible. So far, very positive experience with Michaud and I would recommend giving them a shot. More
