Hella good dealership I had visited 5 dealerships in Maine, and 2 in New Hampshire before Michaud Mitsubishi. They are by far the best dealership that I had ever been to. The person that I dealt with was Zachary. He was incredibly nice, patient, and helpful. I gave him a list of what I was looking for in a car, and he was able to make me a deal within a few hours. A Very Happy Customer I had bought a new car from them a year ago and I decided it was too small. I went back to them and told them my story. To be completely honest I ex I had bought a new car from them a year ago and I decided it was too small. I went back to them and told them my story. To be completely honest I expected them to tell me I was stuck with the car. Much to my amazement not only did they take the car back and pay me top dollar for it, they put me in the car of my dreams. They gave me every incentive they could to get the price down for me. I could not be happier with my new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I plan on driving it for years to come and highly recommend this dealership. More

TERRIBLE!!! WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN! This dealership is not even worthy of one star.. I am so disappointed at the lack of customer service from this dealership along with lack of communic This dealership is not even worthy of one star.. I am so disappointed at the lack of customer service from this dealership along with lack of communication between employees as well. i had put a deposit on a vehicle for it to be held. I was aproved for the vehicle and came in to sign for loan, they never read me terms of loan or even re read over loan to ensure everything was correct, instead I wasted my time drove all the way to their dealership (45 mins away) for them to then tell me that things were not the way that they were supposed to be.. then was called back a few days later with the information that my car that I had a deposit on and was in the middle of paperwork was sold because "the owner of the dealership has the right to do so" and was then told by general manager that I was attacking him about a situation that he was not "involved" with, even though he was the general manager and should be getting involved and rectifying the situation. Needless to say me and my father have bought multiple cars through this company and will no longer be doing business with them, and will also be telling every person we know not to do business with them either. COMPLETLEY UNPROFESSIONAL. More
