Wonderful Experience I just bought my second car from Michaud Mitsubishi. Each time the sales team has been very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. This second time I bought a car I browsed online first. When I arrived they had the car I was interested in right out front for me with a reserved sign in it. The whole process only took about two hours and I was driving home in my brand new car. I am looking forward to continuing to visit them for my service. Single Dad Needs a Car My son, Tyler, and I entered Michaud Mitsubishi yesterday, hoping to buy him a new car. We had been to a few other local dealerships, and even one in My son, Tyler, and I entered Michaud Mitsubishi yesterday, hoping to buy him a new car. We had been to a few other local dealerships, and even one in New Hampshire. There weren't any cars in his price range, his credit wasn't quite where it needed to be... No luck. Yesterday morning I went into a competing dealership and made a deal with a Salesman for a car. I really didn't want to do business with the salesman because he was very rude and used profanity throughout his conversation, while we waited for the sales manager. This was a well-known dealership, the owner of which has many dealerships in the area, representing many different makes and models of automobiles. Clearly the salesman needs better training, because he was talking to me as if I was one of his buddies sitting in a bar on a Friday night. Being friendly is important as a sales person, but so is being polite. I left the dealership, telling them I would let them know if we were going to accept the arrangement we made. But as I left I felt very reluctant to do business with them. So, along with my son, we went to Michaud Mitsubishi yesterday afternoon and were immediately greeted by Kyle Delegge, one of the salesmen. He asked if he could help us. We sat down with him at his desk and my son told him that he was looking for a new car, because he has a three-year-old daughter and needs a reliable, safe vehicle. Tyler told Kyle his price range, and while we could come close to what my son could afford, he still wasn't quite able to make a purchase. We shook hands and left, and I thought I was going to have to go back to the other dealership, and buy the car from the rude salesman, which I really didn't want to do. I didn't want to give him our business. This morning, to my surprise, my son received a phone call from Kyle, saying that Mr. Michaud had heard my son's story, and really wanted to help Tyler purchase a vehicle, knowing he was a young single father who was working at two jobs. Mr. Michaud adjusted the price of the car, making it possible for my son to make the purchase. We happily signed the paperwork. This was a win-win because I did not have to deal with the rude salesman at the other dealership, and my son got a great, brand new car, from a wonderful, family owned dealership! More
Friendly, fast and efficient with a huge selection. My wife found the Grand Cherokee on CarFax and we arranged to go see it the same day. It was Saturday when we took the beast out for a ride and we signed the papers and bought it on the spot. Kyle got all the RMV footwork done for us and we were driving it by Tuesday. I hate the process of buying cars but Kyle made it very tolerable and was a straight-shooter so my thanks to him and a big thumbs up for Michaud Mitsubishi! More

Kyle was very helpful and was aware of what we wanted to pay and was so helpful getting a good deal....as we were finishing up we were offered an upgrade and we accepted.
