Craig is the MAN I was having a strange issue with my throttle and called Craig to see if he could take a look. We found out there was a recall on a relay for my 2015 I was having a strange issue with my throttle and called Craig to see if he could take a look. We found out there was a recall on a relay for my 2015 Lancer, so we picked a saturday that I could come down from New Hampshire have have it taken care of. We thought, hopefully, that the relay would fix the throttle issue. Turns out it was a bad set of brake light bulbs (weird) but Craig and I spoke many times about the issue over the course of the week leading up to the service appointment. The relay was replaced without issue, everyone I saw and spoke to at the dealership was fantastic and professional but I have to mention again the personalized service and care I received from him. Make sure you guys keep him happy behind that service desk, because it seems like he goes above and beyond for every customer. More

Couple of days later came back and spoke to Peter Lane who showed me several trucks from both locations. Peter Lane devoted a lot of his time finding me the truck I wanted. After several test drives I found the truck I wanted and Peter got to work with the numbers. So thankful to Peter Lane for being such an honest person. Great Experience Kyle was great. He’s very personable. He definitely wants his customers to get the vehicle they want. I am a 22 year old recent college grad so I had Kyle was great. Kyle was excellent in answering her questions and concerns. He was very patient with us. We spent 3 hours with him Saturday looking at a few trucks and came back first thing the next morning to buy the truck. I am supposed to pick the truck up today and he called me this morning to follow up and let me know he is taking the truck to get detailed and fuel. He also let me know that he’d be calling back later in the day with a pick up time to get my truck as long as all the insurance paperwork gets worked out today. I would recommend Kyle. He made this a great experience and I will absolutely consider Michaud when it’s time to buy another vehicle. More
