The entire staff made me feel like family from the minute I walked through the door. Kyle Delegge is an excellent salesman. Well prepared,extremely patient, thorough, friendly and respectful. The gentleman who does the financing was amazing as well. He got me a great rate, and shared some wisdom and advice in the process which I truly appreciate. A true full service - no hassle experience! I drove my "new" car home that same day, and Kyle took care of the registry and inspection a few days later! Also I need everything to be perfect, so I had one minor change done by their service department. Sales manager Craig Rogers took great care of me and made sure all my questions were answered and my concerns were checked. Even Kevin Michaud the owner came out to get to know me. Since Michaud Mitsubishi is owned and operated by a local family, we found that we had a few mutual friends and plenty to talk about.
