Overcharged. Promises not met. Misleading fees I waited 45 minutes to speak with the finance person. She took another customer right in front of me, despite me having made an appointment, I wa I waited 45 minutes to speak with the finance person. She took another customer right in front of me, despite me having made an appointment, I was overcharged $140 for title & registration. My email requesting a refund went unanswered. I called the manager, who tried to tell me the overcharge was a runner's fee. This is the same manager that originally told me that their exorbitant administration fee of $394 covered the runner's fee and filling the vehicle with fuel (vehicle had 1/4 tank when delivered). I did receive a check for the overcharge, but no compensation for the fuel. The truck was not ready when promised, because the salesperson had another delivery (which apparently was more important than mine). When I arrived to take delivery the following day, the truck was covered in pollen and the pickup bed had not been cleaned. I waited while the pollen was cleaned, but the bed was never touched. More

I gave up over time to come sat but was called sat morning to tell me they didn't do the registration . they knew it Friday and could have called me then. also when I picked the truck up it was not clean and only had less than a half of tank of gas in it. when I finally went to get the registration Mary Kate wasn't there somebody else helped me. I called several times looking for Mary Kate was transferred to her desk with no answer . I called back and ask why she was not picking up my calls i was then told she is at the other dealership it was the same lady that transferred my call to her desk More
