They all went above & beyond engaging our 6 yr old in the process. The building itself needs maintenance upkeep which is the reason for only 3 stars. Our visit was as short & painless as buying a car can be, doing our do diligence pre-arrival may have helped there; but I believe they were also striving to make the session move along quickly. That said, I do regret agreeing to wait on site for the car’s detailing to be completed, perhaps due to our expressed wish to wrap up promptly w/ our son in tow —-But the quality of the detailing was sub par. I am happy with the veichle we purchased & definitely was pleased with the service we were met with by Bart, Anna & others in passing... I would recommend the dealership to others. More

Fantastic people and great selection I reached out to Michaud one Thursday night at around 5:30 through the internet. By 6:00 they had called me and I was nearly there. As I pulled in Jo I reached out to Michaud one Thursday night at around 5:30 through the internet. By 6:00 they had called me and I was nearly there. As I pulled in Joe had the vehicle we had discussed on the phone ready and runnng. After a quick drive I knew I liked the product and Joe brought out 2 more different Outlanders with different packages to see what fit me. After deciding on the one and talking numbers for a brief minute Michaud gave me an incredible deal and I had a new car that I felt was a much better than good price for me and it was done and signed in less than an hour after arriving and test driving. Go here and see Joe.... He’s amazing as is the entire place. Way above and beyond and I am a fan for life. More
