Michaud Mitsubishi Review We stopped into Michaud after liking an Outlander Sport at a used car dealership. We didn't know much about Mitsubishi and was pleasantly surprised wh We stopped into Michaud after liking an Outlander Sport at a used car dealership. We didn't know much about Mitsubishi and was pleasantly surprised when Zach greeted us outside and discussed how reliable, safe, and efficient Mitsubishi cars are. Zach was incredibly knowledgeable and informative about various models, varieties, and maintenance. We did a bit more research about the Outlander Sports and other vehicles but returned back to Michaud solely because of Zach's professional rapport. We had a difficult experience with the finance department in regards to faulty paperwork on the dealership's end, undisclosed fees, and limited varieties. Through this, Zach specifically sought out solutions and tried his best to keep us happy. Zach went above and beyond to rectify the situation, he is the reason for the five star rating. More
