Very low pressure, stress free experi We recently purchased a pre-owned car from Zack Michaud at Michaud Mitsubishi. Best car buying experience ever! Very low pressure, stress free experience. Zack met me in the parking lot when I was walking around looking for the car, then brought it around for me to look at. As I was waiting for him to drive the car up every employee that passed me asked if I needed any help. Super friendly, super helpful, but no pressure staff. Zack had all the paperwork; Michaud's service records, Carfax, etc. available. Zack and all the employees we dealt with were incredibly helpful and patient. We never felt rushed or pressured. We were able to take the car to our own mechanic who recommended a few little things, but the car was super clean and Michaud had already put the car through their service dept. We love the car and the whole purchase was such a positive experience-- we would definitely recommend Michaud Mitsubishi, and won't hesitate to visit them again when we are in the market for another vehicle!
