Out to screw you! Today I had an appointment to look at a 2017 GMC Arcadia. I first saw the vehicle on Car Gurus. I set up and appointment for 9:30. I spoke with them a Today I had an appointment to look at a 2017 GMC Arcadia. I first saw the vehicle on Car Gurus. I set up and appointment for 9:30. I spoke with them and text messaged with them. I have a 30 minute drive to the dealership. I was running a few min late and texted them. I was told no problem they would be there when i arrived. So I pull into the dealership go inside and was told it would be a few min. When the salesman was ready he wanted me to sit with him. I told him i would like to see the vehicle first. He said that was fine and i waited outside for 12 or 15 minutes. When the salesman cam out he told me the vehicle was sold but he had other cars for me to look at. I was shocked and pissed! I asked why they didn't call me and he again said he had other vehicles. I left the place steaming. I just drove 30 min to see a vehicle they already sold. Seriously?
