After a recent car accident, I was left with limited time to shop for a car and when I walked into Michaud Mitsubishi, Joe was ready to help us. They have a large selection on the lot. Joe found the right vehicle for us a beautiful Limited edition black rims, black interior, black exterior outlander. The outlander offers that extra space with the 3rd row for a much more economical price than most other 3rd rows. They were very friendly and made things go very smoothly. Mike was so very nice and welcoming. Bill in financing was completely transparent, which was very comforting. This is my 4th vehicle purchase and it has been the best experience yet. I do recommend Michaud Mitsubishi. More

I contacted Mi Where to begin? I was in the market for a new hybrid electric vehicle. I was looking at Kia and Mitsubishi based on their reviews. I contacted Mitsubishi directly and they contacted me by phone. When I got another call, I assumed they set me up with the closest dealership. I spoke to Jon at Michaud and we scheduled a time for me to see the vehicle. The next day I started driving and realized Michaud was 1.5 hours away. I called and apologized and they we're very understanding. They had the best price by far on the vehicle, but that's a long drive. I drove to the local Mitsubishi dealership and did a test drive. I loved the vehicle, so it just came down to negotiating a price. The sales rep was awful. They had an older model, for $3k more than Michaud's starting price and wouldn't wiggle. When I said I could get a better price on a newer vehicle with a higher package at Michaud, they said they could do a dealer swap and we could negotiate on the new one. I asked why I would wait on them to do a dealer swap when I had already spoken to Michaud, knew their price, and they were pleasant to deal with. They said there was nothing more they could do on the existing vehicle, so I decided to bite the bulled and make the drive. Michaud had the vehicle I wanted, they worked on a better price than advertised, they didn't give me a song and a dance, and I was able to drive there and fill out paperwork in less than an hour. They also agreed to deliver the vehicle to me. Zach coordinated everything and got handled ASAP. The registry even sent the wrong plates, Zach got them to send new plates with EV markings and overnighted them to me. The vehicle got delivered, I started charging it, and in less than 20 minutes after they left, my battery started smoking. I called them. Since I had taken receipt of the vehicle, it now fell under Mitsubishi warranty and Mitsubishi would require that it be brought to the closest dealership. Those folks I wasn't a fan of already because of their poor customer service. Michaud wanted to make it right and would do the work immediately upon receipt of the vehicle. We towed the car there, got the work done, (it was just a bad car battery, a fluke) and I had it back in under 24hrs. The service department was great with updates. Craig made sure that I knew they were sorry for the inconvenience, that his EV tech was on top of it, and they would get it delivered to me again ASAP. All in all, I couldn't think of a better staff to deal with. Everyone was friendly, honest, and responsive. I would 100% buy another vehicle from them. The hour and a half drive seems of little consequence when you're getting stellar service. More
