Nothing is rushed. They explain everything to you and truly made me feel relaxed and unstressed. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Zach Michaud has always made me feel like family and that is why I am a third time repeat customer. He even went out of his way to throw in some extras for me that clearly another dealership would never do. Travis Benner in sales, is a top notch gentleman and made sure to take all his time to show me how to work all the bells and whistles in my vehicle. He wanted to make certain before I left the dealership I knew how to work everything in my car. I can’t say enough about Bill Murphy & Paul Jodoin. They are the one’s that went far and beyond the call of duty to help me get financed. They are so funny and kind that I was taken back with their wonderful demeanor. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. from the day I bought the vehicle it had problems and they pushed them aside, turns out I had a serious oil issue. they then had me drive to and from from the day I bought the vehicle it had problems and they pushed them aside, turns out I had a serious oil issue. they then had me drive to and from the dealership every single time my oil light came on so they could track it so I could get a replacement engine through my warrantee. WELL these people decided to have me drive back and forth until my car went over the miles on the warrantee and basically said GOOD LUCK. my car shakes, smokes, and DIES all the time and they have done nothing for me. This morning yet again I had a dead car on the side of the road with my 5 year old in the car. 20 degrees out with no heat waiting and hour and half for a tow. DO NOT PURCHASE CARS FROM THEM SCAM ARTISTS. they do NOT care about the liability, they do NOT care about the people they sell cars to, they do NOT care about anything other than money. My personal mechanic warned me that this car could catch FIRE. Does Michaud care.... NOPE. they dont even respond to messages about my car because they wont fix it. More
