Awesome experience can't beat their service!! I was searching for a bmw 335i sedan for some time to try and find the perfect one! I wanted certain options and colors. I had started a deal with C I was searching for a bmw 335i sedan for some time to try and find the perfect one! I wanted certain options and colors. I had started a deal with C****x and was told my vehicle would be shipped in a certain time. When it didn't arrive as promised, I killed the deal and began my search again. I found what I was looking for at Michaels autos and immediately called to inquire about my potential purchase of their 08 335i black/black. Ricky Cruz took my call and was extremely helpful! The one I had called about had sold but he mentioned he had something very similar, a bit newer and more options! He answered all my questions and even sent me several links via text to more photos and service records BEFORE asking for a deposit. The car was a 2010 335i M Sport package!! It was a bit out of my budget but Ricky was helpful to get me a fair price with no trade and amazing financing BEFORE I even stepped into their showroom! I was so excited. ...Space gray/ black interior and only 56k miles I quickly secured the car for myself! Ricky again was never pushy and even followed up later to confirm our apt and see if I had more questions before I came in. I got there at 930a and explained I had to pick up my kids by 1130a Ricky was a fantastic steward of my time and had the vehicle ready so we hopped in the car and went for a spin. We get back and Oscar, finance, had all my paperwork ready and was very fast and helpful. I was finished by 10:45a new keys in hand!! I would go back to Ricky and Oscar anytime I needed another vehicle! Their selection is top notch and very clean! I've always been hesitant about mom and pop dealers but Michael's Autos staff really made me feel quite comfortable and it was a true pleasure doing business with them. Heck, it's been two weeks since I picked up my new car and Ricky has text me several times to check on me and make sure I was happy with my purchase! A true salesman follows up after the deal too and Ricky is truly a master of his craft! Thank you soooo much I love my car!!! More

Unexpected great experience My wife and I were a bit skeptical since it's not one of those big box dealership chains, but we stopped and looked at their inventory. We were warmly My wife and I were a bit skeptical since it's not one of those big box dealership chains, but we stopped and looked at their inventory. We were warmly greeted by Rick. He was very courteous and could "read" when my wife wasn't feeling a car we tried. He was able to land her into a beautiful 2011 Infiniti and could tell she found "The One". Meeting Frank and Javier was a pleasure and we realized we had many things in common and a lot of coincidences at play. It really was meant for us to stop and check this dealer out. We will definitely be shopping there again in the near future. More

A Dealer You Can Trust! After one month on the market to purchase a car I found Michael's Autos on Auto Trader. After some very friendly negotiations with Ricky and Franco I After one month on the market to purchase a car I found Michael's Autos on Auto Trader. After some very friendly negotiations with Ricky and Franco I bought a 2013 VW CC. Beautiful car. I Bought it "As is" but the car still had a factory warranty for "Power Train". Right after I pulled from the dealership I had a cluster of lights appeared on the dashboard. I call them and they told me to go back to take care of the problem. After looking at the car they asked me to come back in the morning to get the car to the mechanic. They also gave me a paper stating that they will take care of the problem. The next day I took the car back and after trouble shooting they told me that a speed sensor was bad. They were going to order it and call me back to get the car fixed. On my way home the car started to act up and before I had a chance to call them back I received a call from Franco asking me to go back to them. When I got to the dealer I was told that they wanted me out of the car because the fixing of the problem was going to be at least $1,500.00. Remember, I bought the car "As is". They told me that VW had checked the car before they offered the car for sale so they were going to send it back to the Auction for a refund. After this we negotiated the purchase of a vehicle at a very good price that, in retrospect, is a much better vehicle for me and my family. Franco and all the team members at Michael's Autos went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied. These are trustworthy people you can count us. I will tell people about my experience and will return to them for my future car buying needs. Way to go Team Michael's! Miguel S. More

After experiencing two different dealers pulling the same type of unethical practice, I was beginning to lose faith in being able to negotiate a good After experiencing two different dealers pulling the same type of unethical practice, I was beginning to lose faith in being able to negotiate a good deal here in Florida. I was in the market for an Audi A5 coupe and most of the advertisements that I saw had their cars overpriced so they could pretend like they were doing you a favor by "reducing" the price just for you... Yeah, OK! After having 2 separate dealers sell their cars to other buyers despite the fact that I put down a $500 deposit to hold the car for me until I could get to the dealership, I saw a solid looking A5 being advertised by Michael's Auto. I called the dealership and spoke with "Paulie", He was extremely attentive and very professional. I asked him to see if he could work out some type of deal for me on the price of the car and he was very diligent in working with his finance guys to see if they could help me out. Paulie followed up with me even though there was nothing they could do to decrease the price for me. I felt a sense of "genuiness" from him and decided to go take a look at the car in person. Needless to say, I drove home in the A5 that day and I know it was because of the excellent customer service provided by Paulie and the others at the dealership. If you're in the market for a clean solid car, Michael's Auto is a great place to start! More
