I’ve had quite the experience with Subaru over the years…not in the best way. My relationship with Carter Subaru In Seattle and Walker Subaru in Renton were less than satisfactory in both service and years…not in the best way. My relationship with Carter Subaru In Seattle and Walker Subaru in Renton were less than satisfactory in both service and auto care including the purchase of my Subaru. I gave it one last try to have my car serviced through Subaru and I went to Michaels in Bellevue. This was a complete 360° to what I’d had in the past. Marcello Orlando and April Acosta couldn’t have been the better team. These two performed the best customer service I’ve ever received from Subaru including the Corporate Office. They both knew my history, had my car brought in the same day, found me a loaner, and had me out by 5 because they knew I was under a time restraint. I felt like both April and Marcello provided an amazing level of service, they both understood their positions, they both made me feel comfortable, and my Subaru sounds the best it’s ever sounded leaving a Subaru lot. Thank you Marcello and April. All the Subaru dealerships in the Seattle area should follow suit to this level of customer service/ auto care. More
Buying a new car from Michael's Subaru was a great car buying experience. Zero pressure sales was very helpful and overall it was very easy. I was disappointed that the part I needed was more than other prices I found at other dealers, however I wanted to give this dealership a chance since it is close to where I now live. I was assured that I would get a call when the part came in (about 3-4 days), and that the service guys would be able to install the part for me without a major cost. After three weeks, I finally called and found that they had the part, and were going to charge me as much as the part cost to have it installed. While the people are friendly on the phone and in person, customer service does not seem to be their highest priority. I value customer service very highly, so I will be looking for a different Subaru dealer to service my car. More
After finding out that Subaru was redesigning the WRX, I was super sad I wasn’t able to get the 2021 model. Matt had amazing customer service and contacted me the day the ordering opened for the 2022 model. was super sad I wasn’t able to get the 2021 model. I found out later that all the 2022 models sold out within the month. While I was waiting for my car to be delivered Matt and Hieu answered every question I had in a timely and friendly manner. I was so impressed by the customer service they both provided. Upon picking up my car, Hieu was incredibly friendly and helpful and made sure the process was smooth and easy. I didn’t love my experience in financing as I felt I walked away with unanswered questions, however my experience with Hieu and Matt was overwhelming positive. I would absolutely recommend this dealership! More
My experience with Subaru started with deep disappointment but was quickly corrected by a customer service-oriented team at Michael’s Subaru of Bellevue. No need to name names but my initial ex disappointment but was quickly corrected by a customer service-oriented team at Michael’s Subaru of Bellevue. No need to name names but my initial experience at Renton Subaru was very sub-par and downright disheartening. I waited 3 months for my vehicle to be delivered only to be told I couldn’t use my own USAA financing just prior to vehicle arrival. This was after selling my own car to make space for a decent down. A Couple of weeks prior to my sitting down with Renton Subaru to finalize financing, I had called a few Subaru dealerships and spoke with a few sales reps in doing my diligence. After hearing I couldn’t use my own financing and with my experience going downhill quickly, I called Michael’s Bellevue Subaru and spoke with sales rep Kai. I explained the situation to Kai who listened carefully, apologized for the experience I encountered and invited me over to his Bellevue office to discuss ordering a new vehicle. I went straight to Bellevue Subaru where we went through my previous order, insured that I had what I wanted in my new order and proceeded with placing it. I could sense that Kai was very busy but didn’t miss a beat in taking care of me through the whole process. Also, not having a vehicle mark-up allowed me to get a few additional items for our family car which was huge for us. One thing that I requested of Kai was to be in communication with me throughout the process due to the previous experience. Kai went above in beyond with timely updates and fielding my questions quickly as they came up. The sales experience I had with Kai and Bellevue Subaru was phenomenal and I look forward to continued relationship for many years to come. Please send my kudos and my utmost appreciation to Kai as you should be proud to have him representing your team/Subaru! Please also extend my thanks to Jake Elliot in finance. I appreciated his knowledgeable, direct, and thorough support through the final sales steps. You have a heck of a team there! More

Dishonest, Stated I needed a new transmission for $11,000, then changed it to a Torque Converter for $3000, then added fluid and charged me double (charged $31 but should of been $16/quart). Turned out the transmission was fine once fluid was filled. Failed to call me when promised, and didn't tell the truth. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. More
