Was able to line up 15 min early to my appointment (7am), and waited for the shop to open in a long line of cars. Once the shop opened, I only waited 6 minutes to be seen by someone and was directed up to the outside desk to chat about the car service. Even though it was outdoors, there were heaters above us! Which were quite nice in the cold. I got a bunch of things checked - engine, tires, oil change, and general upkeep of car as I was headed out on a roadtrip. We did my 30k service early (at about 28,500 miles per my request). The service rep answered all my questions and gave me cost and time estimates. I was able to stay and wait, but opted to wait down the block at Starbucks instead (purely a coffee preference). I got a text when my car was ready, and got to go pick it up as soon as I could. Check out was easy and estimates were all correct. The service rep also gave me a great overview of everything completed, and a recommendation to get new tires in the next 10k miles or so - and also showed me the wear on tires/what to look for when they need to be replaced. I really appreciated the time he took to explain everything. This is the first car I’ve ever bought brand new and I love learning everything I can about it. Thank you guys for another quick and painless visit! More
