I am happy with the work, just disappointed that it was needed. My car is 9 years old with 122,000 miles needing $8,000 worth of work. I hasn't had an accident either. I have owned 3 and this time has been a disappointment. I take care of my vehicles, but when steel quality isn't what is used to be, or allowed, the consumer pays for it. Dissapointed. More

Service is generally great. Has one wrinkle with a recent service appt. Called to schedule 5 yr 60K mile service. I got a confirm that said 6000 mile service. I immediately replied in the included link with the correction because I assumed it would make a difference in scheduling and asked for a confirmation. The morning of the appt. I realized no one had confirmed but too late. Went in and was told instead of being a couple of hours that I could wait for, it would be all day. My service rep told me that no one looks at those messages but he was able to get me a loaner, which still meant two trips instead of one, both at rush hour. Having a communication method that goes to a black hole is worse than no method at all. If it's not used, it should be shut down. I would have called and sorted it out in advance if I had known the online communication was worthless. More
