Don't buy here. Go to a dealership that will treat you with respect. A week after a test drive, I agreed over text with one of their sales people on a price. After we agreed upon a fair price, Tyler set up an appointment for 3pm the next day to come buy it. I moved a bunch of money around to make it happen, and then 30 minutes before I was supposed to arrive, Tyler texted me to tell me he sold it to someone else. Total sleazy sales move to push for a few more bucks form someone else he had in the hopper! More
I have never written a bad review, no matter how bad the service or experience was, but for this dealership I have made an exception. While the sale was not a pleasant experience on its own, this review is in regards to the service that was provided, and after a month of trying to get this resolved, I was left with ignored calls and emails. I received a new 2023 Subaru 6 months ago from Michael's Subaru, in which I inquired about my first service/oil change, where my request was ignored by the Service Manager. I felt that getting this done at the dealership I purchased from was the right thing to do. I brought my car in with only 2000 miles on it, and was left with a car that was leaking oil. I ended up having to take my car to a mechanic to have it inspected and fixed. While getting a service as SIMPLE as an oil change was all that I needed, Michael's Subaru could not do this correctly, in which I had to pay to have my car serviced twice and my 6 month old car fixed. If you care about how your car runs, I would like to reiterate that there are other Subaru dealerships out there that may not lie to you and ignore your requests because they do not know how to handle it. Even after I found out that their service did not complete a simple oil change correctly, I did not want to write a bad review. After a month of my request to resolve the payment for an incorrect job, I find myself here with the worst customer experience I have ever had. My husband was looking to replace his Rav4 with a new Rav4, and there were none available. I suggested that we go back to Michael's Subaru, and we did. We met DB, and told him exactly what we were look Rav4, and there were none available. I suggested that we go back to Michael's Subaru, and we did. We met DB, and told him exactly what we were looking for. He listened and understood. Our interaction with DB and finance was great. No pressure whatsoever. His follow up was great also. I would recommend all of my friends to reach out to DB when in need of a new car. More

The salesman and entire purchasing experience was great. It was the guy in the finance department that was disappointing. We went in knowing we had excellent credit scores and asked to use our credit union It was the guy in the finance department that was disappointing. We went in knowing we had excellent credit scores and asked to use our credit union knowing they offered a great finance rate. The finance gentleman, Nelson Kwambai, told us that our credit score had nothing to do with getting a good interest rate. He signed us up with another credit union we had never heard of before with an interest rate 1.5% higher than what our credit union was offering. He told us our credit unions rates were higher than the bank he signed us up through. We are not first time car buyers, we are very aware of how credit score and financing work together. We called our bank immediately after leaving the dealership and had our car refinanced at a much lower rate than what was offered to us at Michael’s. We are aware that the salespeople get a “spiff” from using certain banks, but it’s unfortunate that one persons greed cost them our future business. We will never buy from this dealership again and we will make sure to warn others. More
Christian was so informative & efficient without any sales pressure. He made my buying experience actually enjoyable. Nelson was amazing as he explained all of the final financials.
