Took my 2019 Impreza in for a safety recall on the headlight housings. Had the pleasure of working with Marcello on getting this fixed. Not only was he friendly, he was down right cool! Showed me deta headlight housings. Had the pleasure of working with Marcello on getting this fixed. Not only was he friendly, he was down right cool! Showed me detailed videos/images of the recommended services, was very communicative, and took care of my Subaru! They even gave me a loaner for the day for a service I didn’t pay a dime for. Really appreciate Marcello and the team at Subaru! More
Showed up out of the blue with a dead battery, and I was back on the road within an hour! (for less than the price that AAA was offering for a new battery - without the 30mo warranty) Amazing. back on the road within an hour! They have good service, but I don't agree with passing on fee green repair order processing and storage fee and pay shop charge repair order fee to the customer without adequate explanation as to what they a fee green repair order processing and storage fee and pay shop charge repair order fee to the customer without adequate explanation as to what they are. I attempted to find out what these fees were for before paying the invoice, and it was explained as a charge to keep my car's info on the computer as well as a charge to open a repair order when an appointment was scheduled. I called back and spoke with an scheduler and asked for a better explanation of which was identical to the advisor's. I honestly thought the green fee was about the used oil storage and disposal. If this is for cloud storage, I can understand the need for that and the company wants to pass along their fee. But to charge the customer to put in a repair order for a needed service is a bit ridiculous. Granted the fees were minimal ($2.99 and $2.15), but it's the principle of the matter. Of course I also understand that these could be "hidden" within the service cost, and I appreciate they were broken out as they were. Hopefully the staff will be given a more robust explanation for these fees so that future customers can understand the charges being passed along to them. More
