The Service man was right on time. I waited for my car in the coffee area which was well supplied & clean & comfortable. The service man kept me informed about the vehicle. My breaks needed to be replaced which was not expected. The time taken to do the work was a shorter length of time than was estimated. That was a nice surprise. I felt safe in my car knowing the breaks were in good shape. Thank you. I’ll be back for my next service. More

At first I couldn’t get a phone back from anyone and was very frustrated. After meeting Dom he helped finalize the deal with a few freebies that we had talked about. I must says I’m very unhappy with the sales manager. On their website they have “get Eprice” and “TradeUp” for a better deal. Both are false advertising because they don’t even amount to a penny discount. I would expect at least a $500 discount for the TradeUp program. I guess being a loyal customer doesn’t mean anything. I enjoyed working with Dom and Parker. The sale manger needs to step up and work with Eprice and TradeUp customers or take it off their website. I’ll be honest I would expect the sales manager to read this and refund me the $500 for the false advertising. Dom and Parker get an A and sales manager an F. Sorry but don’t false advertise. Do the right thing!! I must also thank Dom for sending the nice young lady to pick me up at my house and take me to Michael Hohl to finalize the deal and so I didn’t have to find a ride. More

Less than a month ago, I purchased a new car from their dealership, excitedly driving it off the lot, only to notice a dent that I hadn't spotted during the initial inspection. Upon contacting MICHAEL HOHL SUBARU OF CARSON CITY NEVADA, they assured me that they would promptly send someone to fix the dent, emphasizing their commitment to customer satisfaction. However, this promise turned out to be nothing but empty words. To my dismay, after several follow-ups and assurances that someone would be assigned to address the dent, I received a sudden cancellation notice the morning of the scheduled date to do the repair. Their excuse? They claimed it was no longer covered under the warranty, leaving me responsible for the repair costs. This lack of accountability and failure to honor their commitment is beyond frustrating, especially considering the car is barely a month old. Not only did they fail to deliver on their promise, but they also left me in a situation where I have to bear the expenses for a dent that was overlooked during THEIR inspection process. The entire experience reflects poorly on the integrity and reliability of MICHAEL HOHL SUBARU OF CARSON CITY NEVADA. A dealership that initially appeared professional and customer-oriented turned out to be indifferent and unhelpful once the sale was finalized. After correctly diagnosing my problem over the phone the service department fixed by beloved Olivia who is now running awesome! AND there was no charge! Even though the service department is undergoing a remodel everyone is easily accessible, super friendly and as usual very knowledgeable and professional. I specifically bought our last 4 Subarus from THIS dealership because of their service department. True story. Ask me! More

I was a little confused when I arrived to see the service bay was gone, but everyone was so helpful to help get my car serviced.
