The wife and I both bought new 2024 Subaru Crosstrek"s . She bought hers at Reno's Lithia dealership and I bought mine at Carson City Michael Hohl dealership. I was so impressed with the service dept. at this Subaru dealer. I live 6 hrs away in Calif and was on vacation when I had a problem with my car. They were able to get me in, do the repair wh at this Subaru dealer. I live 6 hrs away in Calif and was on vacation when I had a problem with my car. They were able to get me in, do the repair which was under warranty and get me a loaner car, as it would take several hours . The service people were friendly and helpful. If I lived in the area, I would come here to get my next Subaru. Thank you! More
I spoke with Lexi via email one week ago about a specific Subaru Crosstrek. She quoted me an out the door price. Last night I contacted her to let her know we would like to come in to test drive and purchase Subaru Crosstrek. She quoted me an out the door price. Last night I contacted her to let her know we would like to come in to test drive and purchase. She confirmed the same car was in stock and we set the appointment for 10am this morning. Unfortunately, Lexi was off and set us up with her coworker Parker. Parker emailed me AND texted me this morning to confirm we would be there. We arrived at 10 and when Parker arrived he told us that car had been sold the previous night. He had my phone number and email and did not bother to let us know that the car had been sold, but was able to make sure we wouldn't miss the appointment. Understanding that mistakes happen, we offered to purchase the next model for the same price, but sales manager Kevin told us there was no way. This felt like a bait and switch. Having driven 30 minutes each way, we are very frustrated with Michael Hohl Subaru in Carson and will be sure to tell everyone we know about their sales tactics. More

On my last visit for a tire rotation and oil change, I discovered missing custom valve caps and washer fluid bottle cap off. Not major things but I do expect better. Bought a new 2021 Outback in 2021, only wanted 2 features: remote start and heated seats. Spent $40,000. Now that my warranty has ran out, I no longer have remote start unless I pay $150.00 per yea features: remote start and heated seats. Spent $40,000. Never told me that I would have to pay for a subscription when I bought the car! Worse dealership ever! More

Mind you,, I’m no Karen.. I expressed my frustration, she was apologetic but still no resolve and the same game: Be careful of who you buy from.. service and treatment is what you remember when you go to buy your new car. More
