Zachary my tech was very informative and helpful throughout my visit. I came in for service, tire rotation and bed liner install and they made it happen quickly. While I did not catch the technicians name his notes re: the repair order were clear and complete. A part is needed and I'm confident my return visit will fix my vehicle's issue. More
Took my 2021 Sierra in last Wednesday for a clunk from front suspension and reverse tilt mirror malfunction. After three full days they didn’t even fix the mirror issue even though they stated it was “rec front suspension and reverse tilt mirror malfunction. After three full days they didn’t even fix the mirror issue even though they stated it was “recalibrated”, they also said the clunk was from the struts and cross member as it has a lift, so I have to take it to the shop who installed the lift. Throughout the three days I had no communication from Troy the “service advisor”, I sent several text messages and left multiple voicemails, I eventually left a voicemail for a manager, still no call or response, I wasn’t even advised they were keeping my truck more than a day. The only saving grace is there was no charge, but yet there was nothing done to my truck. Waste of time and I was out of a vehicle for three days. I’ve been a repeat customer since 2010, this was the worst experience I’ve had at any service center. Conveniently I didn’t receive an automated request to leave a review this time either. More
I have a tailgate switch problem with my 2020 GMC Denali. I previously had this vehicle into another dealership, and they were unable to fix it. I complained to GM corporate, and they insisted I take it I previously had this vehicle into another dealership, and they were unable to fix it. I complained to GM corporate, and they insisted I take it to another dealer, even though the problem and rx are quite simple and clear. So, I made an appointment with Michael Hohl in Carson City. When I made the appointment (almost a month ago), I stressed that I would need a loaner vehicle AND that I could not make the appointment without one. They said that they had no immediate appointments available that would come with a loaner, but would make one for me that was about 3 weeks out. I showed up at the appointed time yesterday, and they informed me they did not have a loaner available. I then asked if they could quickly look at my vehicle while I waited, because it is a very simple problem. The service person told me it would be 4-6 hours before they would be able to look at it. I simply did not have 4 to 6 hours to spare nor had I planned for such a time investment. It took time and money to drive down to the dealership, and that time and money are now WASTED. They could have called me the day before the appointment or texted me, and let me know they were going to be unable to fulfill my request for a loaner. BUT, they did not have the courtesy to do so. This is a dealership that does not care about my time (the most important asset you and I have in the world) nor my money (probably one of the next most important assets I have). I will not patronize this dealer again. More
