My husband and I needed to get a car with a better gas mileage and were researching multiple dealerships. That was when I came across a listing of “Michael Hohl Motor Company” and visited their website to mileage and were researching multiple dealerships. That was when I came across a listing of “Michael Hohl Motor Company” and visited their website to view the inventory/pricing and soon after contacted them and was speaking with the general manage Dennis B. and I am very glad that I did! What happened after that was hands down the best car buying experience we have ever had. Everyone involved were respectful and patient, answered all our questions, and helped us with various forms and online applications. We did not have to travel to Carson City to make the purchase - ninety percent of all interactions were done via phone, text and email. Even though the dealership did not have the model I wanted they found one and even delivered it to our home address in Sacramento CA. The final paperwork was signed upon delivery and took about 10 min. We contacted them on Monday and by Wednesday of the same week the car was in our driveway. The price negotiations with Dennis were very pleasant, easy, and happened swiftly. We also had a trade-in vehicle, our Dodge van, and he offered a fair price for it as well. There were several people involved during the process so we want to thank Dennis B.- General Manager- who gave us a fair deal on the new car and the trade-in, Madison G. – Salesperson - who helped us with navigating online forms, Ron W.-Sales Manager- who also helped us with online forms, Cathy V.-Finance Manager- who helped us with the paperwork and extended warranty, and Anthony R.-Pick and Delivery Gentleman for delivering the car and the final paperwork. We will definitely recommend Michael Hohl Motor Company to friends, family and coworkers. More
