Customer service and manager very apologetic for our experience but did not solve our problem. Validated our concerns and never asked how they could rectify the situation. We came in for simple emblem c experience but did not solve our problem. Validated our concerns and never asked how they could rectify the situation. We came in for simple emblem change and it took 8 hrs. The estimate on the internet for the change was 2 hrs. We do not live in the area and gave us a clown car to drive while they kept our truck but could not find the emblems. Horrible service. More
