I tried to make an appointment by phone but nobody called me back. So I made it on their website on the 9th of April for 11:00 AM on the 5th of May. I received numerous emails with details about my appoint me back. So I made it on their website on the 9th of April for 11:00 AM on the 5th of May. I received numerous emails with details about my appointment. About the 28th of April, Customer Service called and said my appointment had to be moved to 11:30 because they were double booked. I agreed to this change. However, the website and final email on the 4th of May said my appointment was at 11:00 AM. So I did get there early, the car was excepted and the work was completed by 1:00 PM. Most of my problem is the disconnect between who is making the appointment and what the info the people at the check-in desk have. Also, I was told by Ron that they were not allowed to make appointments; that I have to call that department. So I'll start this all over again for my other car. I don't have a lot of confidence at this point. And making appointments by phone?!?!? Why?? More
