I showed up early and they took my car right in. I had a card for a free oil change and tire rotation. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My car was done in a timely manner. I was scheduled for a service and fuel filter replacement promptly for my 2016 diesel Canyon. The work was completed promptly, but that may have led to my concerns. When I picked up my truck I found a puddle promptly for my 2016 diesel Canyon. The work was completed promptly, but that may have led to my concerns. When I picked up my truck I found a puddle of oil on the center console as well as several oil smears in this same area. When I reported this to the service manager he promply cleaned the leather console "almost" completely. He told me the mechanic told him he might have had the grease on his elbow and that is how it got on the console. My issue is that I use the dealership (and pay dealer prices) expecting professional service. I can't imagine how the service technicians aren't trained to avoid this and to look over the interior as they park the vehicles when they are done. Additionally after I got home I opened the hood and found oul had been spilled on the core support and incompletely wiped. Visible oil was still present in some areas and spilled but "wiped at" oil was visible in others. It appears to me either the technicians are rushed to complete services or they are not properly supervised as they go about their duties. I have had other work done by this dealership and it has been up to par with my expectations. Hopefully if they are rushing their technicians they will reconsider in order to provide quality services and satisfied customers. More
It was very quick and efficient service. I had an appointment at 3:30pm and my service was completed at 4:05pm. I had no problems or issues. Visited another dealer to diagnose a warranty related problem- after 3 visits and them getting GM engineering involved the problem was still not resolved. Gave up on that dealership (in Yerington) and br problem- after 3 visits and them getting GM engineering involved the problem was still not resolved. Service specialist was, as always, courteous, professional and helpful. The original scheduler not so much. She accused me of incorrectly entering a warranty item that she failed to put on the professional and helpful. The original scheduler not so much. Couldn’t have asked for a more seamless experience from start to finish. Everyone was very knowledgeable and never pushy to sell me something above my comfort range. Will shop here again for sure.
