On my last oil change, my dash was accidentally cracked while replacing an air bag on recall. Michael Hohl took care of me, and is resolving the issue. While in the shop for an oil change this time, I needed to address pealing trim on the door. Ron my service advisor called with a cheaper and better solution. Remove to trim all together, and buff it out. I have a 2011 C3500HD Silverado with 240,000 miles. It’s a work truck. Michael takes care of the problem when I am mad at them, and even when I may not know I have a problem. You get what pay for. I would recommend them to anyone. More

Arrived 30 minutes prior to my appointment. No problem, took me right away and allowed me to use my own oil. This ALONE makes the trip to Carson worthwhile.
