If you decide to do business with this Michael Hohl you must beware of the dishonest tactics which they alert you to please be aware of this dealer. If you decide to do business with this Michael Hohl you must beware of the dishonest tactics which they displayed trying to get trade values and buy a vehicle. They are without a doubt taking advantage of people on trades and 'extras'; I have purchased dozens of new vehicles and this is by far the absolute worst experience my wife and I ever had. The salesman and sales manager displayed typical dishonest dealer tactics. I came in with numerous competing trade offers from local dealers and online car selling services, they had the nerve to come back with numbers significantly lower than anyone else in the are. One vehicle was ATLEAST -4,000 and the other approximately -3500 less than I received from Carmax, Corwin GMC, Mercedes Reno, Driveway, Nissan of Carson, GiveMeTheVin and Carvana. They some how presented me with even more slime ball tactics when they gave me a deal breakdown sheet (attached) which included a whopping 6,994 worth of added accessories. How they provided this sheet with a straight face is beyond me. Bonus slime ball points for having salesmen look at the truck acting like others were interested while we were waiting for numbers on the truck and trades. I let them know the deal is absolutely not happening and the offers were insulting and I thanked them for their time and walked, lo-behold I get a call two hours later when I am back home in Reno and the Sales person stated if you come back after 5 PM we will have a deal. I told him it will not be happening and would like to speak with the sales manager as to why they couldn't do this while I was there and why the were trying to take advantage people. Instead they chose to waste my families morning. Unsurprisingly I never received a call; I received an email from the General Manager a few days later asking if I needed any help; I let them know what happened and still never heard back. If you don't want to be taken advantage off I implore you to please go elsewhere. If you need a ACTUAL extended GM service contract you can buy them after the fact from knapp service contracts or Todd at MacMulkin Chevrolet for a fraction (70% less) of the cost Michael Hohl is charging. I purchased from a neighboring dealer and they didn't bat an eye at my trade values or me not wanting to pay any add ons with the same discount as Michael Hohl. My wife and I will be telling every person we know what happened here. Three words to describe this dealer = disgusting, dishonest and terrible. More

Michael Hall Motors is only the second dealer in my lifetime that I could describe as a relatively low-stress experience. What made us so was primarily the sales representative, Nathan Rivera. Attentiv lifetime that I could describe as a relatively low-stress experience. What made us so was primarily the sales representative, Nathan Rivera. Attentive and very responsive. I plan to purchase our next vehicle in a year or two through Michael Hohl and if Nathan is there, only through him. David Morse, Parts Manager was also easy to work with. Because of our positive experience I anticipate servicing our vehicle at Michael Hohl as well. More
