The sales department was friendly and helpful. The service department has not been helpful in replacing the upgraded floor mats that do not fit properly. I even offered to just have them replaced with the downgraded mats with no refund, just so I can have mats that actually fit. The hard plastic "upgrades" are warped around the edges and have become a tripping hazard when my foot gets stuck in the gap when entering or exiting the vehicle. Nobody from the dealer will return my call regarding this matter. The downgraded mats only cost $110 for a lay person to buy them, im sure the cost for the dealer to replace them would be even less for them, but they don't seem to care about making a long time customer happy. Definitely looking for a new dealer for the next vehicle purchase, after about 20 years of using this location. More

I love the fact I can schedule service appts around my schedule. The dealership is clean and always in pristine condition. And they have some great people that work there- the latest that wowed me was Vince Smith. He assisted me w my service appt and even was kind enough to wash my car and get rid of the spider web on the side view mirror!! Thank you for your kindness!!! More

On Star Sent an email indicating a problem with ABS. The dealership went above and beyond, with no service loaner vehicles available, they were able to plug into the car and there was nothing wrong! I could write a book about my experience but I am going to make it short and not very sweet! They had my truck sitting in their parking lot for 30 days and still hadn't looked at it. When I paid them a visit on the 30th day they said it will be looked at tomorrow. It was and then they fixed it in about 2 hours. xxx!?!?! wait 30 days for 3 hours worth of work? Nice people but they should make it first come first serve and I feel they were a bunch of vehicles thrown in front of me.
