Being new to Downriver, I wasn't sure where to go. Over the past year I've had experiences with other dealerships in the area for warranty work on my previous car. I heard things about all the dealerships in the area and on a whim, my wife and I called up Michael Bates Chevrolet. We worked with Jeremy Bordt. We called him on Friday with our wishlist. By Monday he had the truck I thought I wanted. Cleaned up, and ready to drive off the lot that night. He sensed that I wasn't happy and he mentioned the Midnight Edition of the 2019 Silverado. So we checked it out and I knew that was the truck for me. It felt better than the base model and had more features that I knew my wife wanted. Jeremy then had me talk to Larry and we worked out all the rest of the details. I signed the lease that night and took delivery two days later. Jeremy and Larry were outstanding. They are very easy to work with and most importantly they didn't pressure me into any decision. Jeremy worked with me every step of the way. He also went above and beyond at delivery. He was looking out for me. He noticed my daughter and went through all the safety features including the teen driver tracking features. It was an overall great experience. Michael Bates Chevrolet is a great dealership and I will do business with them again. More
