Best dealer experience My wife and I have purchased vehicle from other dealerships with horrible experiences. We found ourselves in need of a vehicle due to my wifes car braking down, we went to Michael Bates to look at their used cars and met with Nate. Nate was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. We told him what we where looking for and he directed us right to it with out trying to sell us something we didnt want. We ended up purchasing a 2017 Traverse and got a great deal.
