Defective vehicular instead of assisting with gm for a equitable resoulution tried to sell me another car and Nice before sale, jerk after it is done. When that was turned down had no interest in following up and assisting with gm. I fact was dishonest on many options to resolve issue. Purchased two cars in 2018 from Bates 20 year customer.
