I had an appointment for my first ever service with you. I did check in and I was informed to wait for 1 hour. 2hrs later my car was still where I left, I asked the staff, never apologized gave my key and I I did check in and I was informed to wait for 1 hour. 2hrs later my car was still where I left, I asked the staff, never apologized gave my key and I left. Need more assistance. Car brought in for unknown repair. Took three days to put vehicle on computer and get an estimate. I had to stop by to find out what was going on and Car brought in for unknown repair. Took three days to put vehicle on computer and get an estimate.
