I was having a problem with my car it was not shifting properly I went to a private mechanic who told me that my transmission was no good and that I needed to replace it and that it would cost me somewher properly I went to a private mechanic who told me that my transmission was no good and that I needed to replace it and that it would cost me somewhere around 1500 dollars well I felt that I was being ripped off so I told a friend of mine who recommend that I go to Miami lakes Chrysler, there I was greeted by Mr Mirabal who said to leave the car and they would check it out to my surprise when I receive the phone call that the transmission was fine and all my car needed was transmission fluid I was so happy I started to cry because here was some one honest, I Would recommend this dealer to my friend and family I am giving this rating because the service advisor was very prompt in contacting me about what the problem was and he was very nice and honest he could had said the same thing that the mechanic had told me.
