Very Courteous....Friendly......understanding...What also encourage me the most..was that once I turned on my car...he immediately told me there was a problem with the belting system...(which had nothing to encourage me the most..was that once I turned on my car...he immediately told me there was a problem with the belting system...(which had nothing to do with my main concern...but encouraging non the less)....I then told him that I would return...which I did so the next day...He immedaitely remembered who I was....along with everything we spoke about....So I left my car to be serviced...all solely based on Mr. Mena representation...Good Job....Weather your mechanic is as good...that remains to be seen! I went to visit the Miami Lakes location on a Saturday morning and I was very impressed with the fast service that I was given. I thought I had a problem with my brakes, but after inspecting my vehicle I morning and I was very impressed with the fast service that I was given.
