I bought my 2007 chevrolet Tahoe from Maroone Chevrolet and use to get my truck serviced there... One time, I took my truck in and things came up missing there and I told the Service Manager and he did eve and use to get my truck serviced there... One time, I took my truck in and things came up missing there and I told the Service Manager and he did everything in his power to help.. The service manager told me he was leaving to go work for the Auto mall and that he would be glad to keep servicing my truck.. I didn't leave right away but the next time I went into Maroone I was treated very rudely and that was the last straw.. I called and ask for Edmundo Palacios and he told me to bring the truck in and I did.. I am a paraplegic and need a little help and he is always very helpful.. He has gone out of his way to make sure my truck is up to date on everything that is needed and done right.. I have zero complaints about the service at the Miami Lakes Automall and I will be buying my next truck from them based on the way they have treated me in the service department...
