I had been servicing my 2011 Kia at another dealership for over a year and decided to try out Miami Lakes Auto Mall for a change. I was very pleasantly surprised when I learned of all the benefits this pl for over a year and decided to try out Miami Lakes Auto Mall for a change. I was very pleasantly surprised when I learned of all the benefits this place has to offer. For starters, they offer a courtesy shuttle service when you want to drop off your vehicle and they also bring you back; they cover a 10 mile radius. They also wash your car for free! The air pressure in my tires was low, the put air in them. I was also low on windshield washer fluid, they replenished it. And most importantly, the service was completed within the promised time frame. I am very pleased. Thank you Miami Lakes Auto Mall! Thanks Edmundo! More

I keep coming back for that reason even though it is not convenient from home, but it is worth the drive. 5-17-12 I purchased a used 2008' Chrysler PT Cruiser 5-17-12 I purchased a used 2008' Chrysler PT Cruiser from Miami Lakes Automall, for my daughter who is preparing to begin college at Florida Christ 5-17-12 I purchased a used 2008' Chrysler PT Cruiser from Miami Lakes Automall, for my daughter who is preparing to begin college at Florida Christian College in Kissimmee, FL. When we purchased the vehicle, we were given the 30 days, 50/50 warranty. During the first 2 weeks of driving the vehicle, we noticed problems with the airbag light, shaking in the front end and suspension problems. I took the vehicle to Chrysler service for an inspection and found the vehicle needed new motor mounts, front end suspension work, new front axel and new seat belt to fix the airbag light and alarm. Mr. Jason Bailey was my service rep. and he was very helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. I would highly recommend Mr. Bailey to anyone that may need help and service issues for their vehicles in the future. I would also like to extend my appreciation to everyone that was involved and helped me in my efforts to make this vehicle as road safe as possible for my dauther. A special Thank You to: Mr. Fred Senra, without you none of this would have been accomplished....Thanks Again. Mr. Jason Bailey, you were Great!...Thanks for taking all my calls and keeping me updated of everything that was going on...I really appreciated it. Overall, the vehicle had some problems, but Miami Automall stood by their warranty and their word. We ended up with a good vehicle at a good price. I also, really like the way the service department is always e-mailing me to say thanks and the loyalty rewards...no other Chrysler dealership that I've gone to does as much to follow-up and give incentives to customers to save money and come back....I was really impressed with your service dept. for doing that. Well, I got one daughter taken care of and off to college. Just this week, my second daughter just got her drivers permit license.....so I'm preparing to start looking for a another vehicle for her and my first choice will be Miami Lakes Automall.
