I got a coupon for $19.99 for an oil change when my wife when to pick up the car they charged a total of $34.77. I don't understand supposedly was $19.99 plus taxes, taxes should be 7% not 75% more of the initial bill. They advertise free car wash with service and nothing.... AVOID! FRAUD! Unethical Business Practices! BBB Rating C- On 11 Dec 14, prior to purchasing a 2013 Dodge Ram Quad Cab, I paid Miami Lakes Auto Mall (Chrysler) to conduct a detailed vehicle inspection. I spec On 11 Dec 14, prior to purchasing a 2013 Dodge Ram Quad Cab, I paid Miami Lakes Auto Mall (Chrysler) to conduct a detailed vehicle inspection. I specifically asked the service department management (J Wood) to thoroughly inspect the frame and other components due to a prior front accident reported on CARFAX in 2013. I received a written report from Miami Lakes Auto Mall stating that all of the vehicle components were in “NEW or LIKE NEW CONDITION and DID NOT REQUIRE SERVICE”, with the exception of a cracked valve cover. With this information in hand, my daughter and I purchase the vehicle and I had it shipped to Arkansas where she is stationed with the US Air Force. When my daughter received the vehicle, she immediately took it to the Chrysler dealership in Arkansas to have the valve cover repaired. The Chrysler dealership technicians in Arkansas immediately noticed MAJOR VISUAL damage to the FRAME, AXLE and SWAY BAR COMPONENTS – the same parts that according to Miami Lakes Auto Mall were in “New or Like New Condition”. So, I immediately contacted the management (V. Mayoli) at Miami Lakes Auto Mall to inquire why their authorized service technician (G. Osorno) failed to notice any of these obvious damaged parts. I stated that I paid for a complete vehicle inspection and that the inspection was either very poorly performed or their service technician is totally incompetent at his job….a far cry from the “World Class Visual Inspection” advertised in their own report! The Miami Lakes Auto Mall management immediately tried to place blame elsewhere instead of standing behind their work. They never once explained why their own inspection report was so flagrantly flawed, as it clearly stated the AXLE and SWAY BAR COMPONENTS were inspected and passed with ZERO faults…period. For three weeks, I send countless emails to the management at Miami Lakes from the GM (F. Senra) on down and constantly got pushed from one manager to another. All I received was delay after delay and horrendously poor customer service…it’s not hard to see why they have a C- rating with the BBB, just surprised it’s not a F-. So, after endless complaining, they reluctantly agreed to refund my money for the inspection; however, I was still forced to pay $1000 out of pocket to have the Chrysler dealership in Arkansas fix the same parts that Miami Lakes reported as “New or Like New”. On a side note, their Fixed Operation Manager (Mr. P. Giuliano) was absolutely one of the most arrogant, rude and unprofessional individuals that I have ever corresponded with in a management role. He displayed poor management traits and absolutely no social skills in dealing with customers. He never once addressed any of the issues and basically said they take “zero” responsibility for their work regarding my vehicle inspection. I find it hard to believe that Chrysler would allow such an unethical and immoral company to be associated with their name and even one that takes advantage of active military members protecting our country! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I have reported them to Chrysler HQ, the BBB and the FL State Attorney’s Office for fraud and unethical business practices. More

While dealing with issues like these can be an absolute chore, Perry did his very best to make sure that it was as pleasant as such an issue can be. Did not fix the problem - No one has addressed my issues from Miami Lakes Kia. And here are the facts. After waiting for service for a total of 6 hours and the only thing the No one has addressed my issues from Miami Lakes Kia. And here are the facts. After waiting for service for a total of 6 hours and the only thing they did was Change the oil. My initial complain that the engine was burning the oil was not taken in consideration. So on 7/19 with mileage of 35,106 and oil change was done by Miami Lakes Kia. I went traveling to orlando this weekend so on 7/28 with 36,138 miles the engine starting shaking, car was stalling when I accelerated. So when I checked the oil. It was completely out, dry. Had to put 5 quarts of oil to bring it to the nearest KIA Dealer By the way. I tried calling Miami Lakes Kia Service department but kept ringing or got a voice mail. I left a message 2 hours ago and still have not call me back I am at another KIA Service center... But I shouldn't be here on the 1st place if Miami Lakes Kia did their job. By the way the Kia service center I am at came without am appointment. To just check it is only am hour and if they need to spend more time they will set up an appointment and provide me with a loaner. Otto where was my loaner... I has an appointment set up!!! More
My CAR WILL NOT START-PATCH JOB This morning I picked up my vehicle after it being serviced for the ignition recall. Considering the vehicle sat at the dealer for over a month, the vehicle would not start. The service dept attempted to give me the car back with my engine making noises that it should not. They took the vehicle back to a technician that did a "patch" just to get me out of there. There was fluids all over the engine that I had to insist that my vehicle be taken back to the service bay and have the engine cleaned. Now that I have left the dealer MY CAR WILL NOT START. This needs to be handled immediately, some one needs to come get my car, bring me a car to use, fix my car back to the condition from when I left it originally. I hope to hear from you soon. More
