DO NOT buy a vehicle from this dealer. I purchased a 2024 Kia K5 GT Line in December for my daughter, a replacement to a Kia she totaled in an accident. A few days after we left my daughter noticed tire pressure was low so put air in. This went on for a couple weeks before she told me. I looked and didn't see any nails but took to a Goodyear dealer by my house. They took off the tire inspected and said they found no nails and maybe the bead was broken, and also replaced the stem valve. The tire was still losing air. So I took to back to the dealer. They stated the tire was defective. I asked them to replace under the tire warranty, they refused and said I needed to pay for a new tire. Even though they claimed the tire was defective. I reached out to the General manager and the sales manager, ZERO response, no return calls, no answer to emails nothing. This is a dealer that once the paperwork is signed you are on your own. They couldn't care any longer. I looked up the tire warranty (as they never included it in the new car) and it stated if defective the dealer will work with Pirelli to correct it. Not this dealer. They flat our refused and told me I needed to contact the tire manufacturer. Which I did, and guess what? ZERO response from them too. I ended up at Tire King and was out $250 for a new tire. SO I repeat STAY AWAY FROM MIAMI LAKEA AUTO MALL. They do not stand behind your purchase. More

Sales team: Sales team was OK. The sales person worked with us to get the car that best fit our needs. Leased a Kia. Downsides: I felt they were not very thorough on looking for good offers when negotiating the pricing. Also, there was a LOT of waiting around. I was in the dealership for almost 7 hours (including everything). Finance team: My experience with the Finance Department was a bit unsettling. They kept all the paperwork inside a folder not visible to me, and when I asked to see it, the person got defensive. They also wanted me to sign everything very quickly and they got a little frustrated if I wanted to read what I was signing. There were 3 additional services (total amount more than 1000 dollars) that they added to my contract, and the contract clearly stated were OPTIONAL. When I said I didn't want them, the finance guy told me they were mandatory, and that if I didn't want them he couldn't sell me the car. He also said that the contract was an old version and they were going to update it, and that's why it stated those were optional. Everywhere in the paperwork it said these services were OPTIONAL, so the whole thing was kind of unsettling. The next day I got a call from customer service, and I explained the situation. The lady explained that 2 of those services were in fact mandatory (even though the contract states they are optional), and the third one was in fact optional and told me I could go and talk to the Finance Manager to sort it out. It is very unsettling that the contract states (more than once) that these services are OPTIONAL, and the dealership is telling me they are mandatory. This makes them looks dishonest and I would not feel comfortable making business with them again. They should either fix their contract or tell the truth to the customer. (the sales person name does not appear in the selection menu so I had to pick someone else) More

I am still attempting to obtain the NSD coverage that I involuntarily purchased for $599.00 (plus sales tax). I have purchased many new vehicles from established dealers but have never seen this ineptitude or lack of an apologetic demeanor. I would advise to steer clear of this particular dealership. More

Less than 24 hours after leasing a Kia I wanted to stop that deal and lease a more expensive Jeep. There was zero cooperation between Kia or Jeep and all refused to help or make this happen.
