I purchased a used jeep for my kid. At the office while purchasing the extras -maintenance extension, LoJack, platinum warranty, etc, Carlos input my email wrong. Next few days I got the message to activate loJack, and couldn't because they send a code to my email which did not match the email they sent to LoJack. I called and called and called, left message after message. Nobody called back. Today same thing. I left 9 messages. The people on the phones control the operation, just transfer calls to never answering voicemails. They were very rude and told me "you can keep calling all you want but if you want to solve an issue drive here instead". I am an hour away. In 2024 and an email issue can not be fixed by phone. They hung up on me, they stopped answering the phones. I tried EVERYTHING. there is no way to get through to management. I just left a conversation with a life agent who promised to have a manager call me. I wonder if I should wait another 8 months of nothing. However, as I am on the chat with the agent, my phone rang 2 times "are you looking for a new car"..... They can call for that, but not for an issue. If you buy a car here, you will NEVER get service ever again. This is not a certified chevrolet dealership. I tried contacting Chevrolet today to help me and they told me, they can't because this is not a certified Chevrolet/GM dealer. Buy at your own risk More
