Fantastic place to bring my car in. Carlos greeted me as soon as I pulled into the service lane. He was very friendly and walked me around the car and pointed out to me the condition of my tires and any scr soon as I pulled into the service lane. I came in for an oil change and left with new front brakes after the free inspection that was offered to me. The price of the repairs were less than I thought a new car dealer would charge. The waiting room was excellet as so were the facilities. I chose to stay even though Carlos offered me a ride home with the courtesy van. I finally found a plce I can trust to bring my car in for service. More
I loved the service, Mr. Diango Barreiro was very helpful and very nice. I do have a recommendation thou when the dealer called me to tell me that my appointment was for February for the car service they nev and very nice. I do have a recommendation thou when the dealer called me to tell me that my appointment was for February for the car service they never asked my wife how many miles the car had and that the car needed service every 5000 miles instead of 3000 miles, we never knew this. My car had 3182 miles when I took it to the dealer`s service department and I had to parked on the guest spots because I did not know what to do when you arrive at the dealer again it was the first time going in for service but it would have been nice for the same person that called me to let me know that I had to pull in and that Mr. Diango Barreiro will actually take care of which he did in the most professional way. I purchased used GMC Acadia 2007, vin# 1gker33717j151329 with 17000.00 miles, before warranty expired I changed a rack and pinion because a squeaking sound coming from the steering when turning, several times I went to GMC Dealer because when I started the car the first time in a day, it shaked for a minute more or less, but the dealer never found the cause of this problem. My Acadia now have 55000.00 miles, two weeks ago starting again with a squeaking sound coming from steering , when I put my car on drive, it does not run, after one minute it starts to move slowly without power , I left my Acadia in Miami Lakes Auto mall located 166 NW 57th AVE , Miami Lakes Florida, 33014; the services advisor Mr. Diango Barreiro, he call me and explained to me that I have to replace the rack and pinion, axel seal , and purge solenoid , after 5 days I picked up my car but before leave the dealer by curiosity I opened the hood I saw the intake vacuum with glue around it, immediately I call Mr., Barreiro, he took the car directly to mechanic , he came back, he told me that the mechanic broke the part and he will order the intake vacuum, I’m upset because if I hadn’t open the hood nobody would have said anything to me, they tried to hide the fact that the mechanic broke the part. I explained to Mr. Barreiro that a day before I changed the a/c air filter, I found oil in intake vacuum; he told me that the mechanic did not find any oil residue. My car continues to have problem with the steering, it made less miles per gallon, sometime when I turn on my car after a long period of time, and I am engulfed in a smoke cloud coming from the muffler. I paid $ 1453.64 to fix my car plus I lost two days of work and I have to come back to the dealer to try to resolve the problem, by the way I feel untruth worthy, on the other hand I think that my car is a lemon car. I began going tothe chevy dealership in Pembroke Pines. After the agent I had dealt with in the past wasn out sick upon me coming for service, I din't like the way the fill in agent handled me. So, I took my service to Potamkin Chevy where I had to reaquaint myself with a new set of agents. This gentlemen by the name Louis Cue, was introduced himself as my agent, all i have to say is nine years later, he is still the one agent I specifically ask for everytime I service my vehicle at this same dealership, which currently changed their name to Miami Lakes AutoMall. For the last nine years I have been attending this dealership, I must say that every problem that I have had with my vehicle, Louis Cue has gone out of his way to make sure the problem was fixed or corrected. He's a stand up, honest, and hardworking agent. He gives you options, and insight on what could be best for that situation, then leaving the decision upon the customer to decide. It's almost like he's the mechanic and the agent all at the same time. I have witnessed him telling the cause of the problem before the vehicle reaching to the mechanic. I have observed him on many occasions, with a line full of custimers waiting specically for him. And I think that alone says enough about his customer's service and representation for your company. Point blank, if he's not there for the day, I will wait until the next business day in which he will be in attendance. I'm pretty sure there are some very busy days, but Louis has always made my visit pleasant. Not involving his personal life with his place of business. Just today, 10-25-10, I went to get my car service, and I noticed Louis was sniffing a bit. Not one time did he mention him having an ailment. His only concerned was making sure that he provided the same guality service as he would on any other business day. What more can one say, but thank you Miami Lakes Automall, for not changing your compnany's name, but not changing one of the best employees/agents in your place of business, Louis Cue.
