I had the KBB range for my vehicle - they said KBB doesn't buy cars. The appraiser then tried to say that my AC didn't work. I just drove 3 1/2 hours, in July, in Florida to get to them - the AC worked. The salesman, Wilfredo, apologized and said the appraiser was just trying to negotiate. He also said that he checked the value of my trade in on KBB the day before. If they don't value what KBB says, then why did they use it as a first resource? It felt like a real shark-tank. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Very bad experience. More
